What's the difference between platform tiers and credit packs?
Platform tiers (Free/Pro/Team/Enterprise) are monthly subscriptions that unlock features and set daily request limits. Credit packs are pay-as-you-go for specific high-cost operations like AI analysis.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately via Stripe. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. No contracts.
What happens to my existing API key when I upgrade?
Nothing changes — your key stays the same. Your tier is attached to your account, so the new limits apply automatically within 60 seconds of payment.
Does Enterprise include SSO provisioning?
Yes. Enterprise accounts get Authentik SSO integration with SCIM provisioning, so you can onboard your whole team via your identity provider automatically.
What counts as a firewall request?
Each firewall.decide() call counts as one request. Cached decisions (typically 80%+ hit rate) don't count toward your quota.
